The swing is often called the king of kettlebell exercises because it trains hip extension power, grip strength, cardiovascular endurance, and posterior chain development simultaneously. Rest between rounds allows partial recovery so you can maintain form. Twelve minutes total. Intermediate difficulty — V-ups in particular require both core strength and hip flexor flexibility.
